Are made with pure cane sugar. No Corn Syrup is used.

Do you have any "sugar free" products?
Not at this time. So far the sugar substitutes we have tried either don't measure up to our standard of taste or will not caramelize into a hard candy. We are still searching for a good substitute and hope to begin introducing sugar free products this spring.

Do you have toffee without nuts?
No, all of our toffee is coated with almonds. While we could offer toffee without nuts, it would not be 'nut free' since it would be made in the same facility that processes our regular toffee with almonds.

What is the shelf life of your products?

How should your products be stored?
Chocolate is best stored in a dark location at between 60 and 70 degrees F. Chocolate may discolor (get white spots) if refridgerated but will otherwise not be harmed. The toffee on the inside however will become soft and sticky if refridgerated. It is best to store our products in a cupboard at room temperature as long as the temperature stays below 85 degrees F.
