Our policy is to always attempt to ship by the next business day. Because we always ship freshly made candy it may take an extra day or two for us to make the candy for your order and ship it. We will typically ship by the method you have requested, but may, at our option, upgrade the order to a faster service.
If there is a problem with your order do not return it without first calling or emailing us about the problem. We will work with you to solve the issue but usually will not ask for the product to be returned.
